1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE

This agreement is concluded between the individual ("User") using the MagPublish mobile application ("Application") and MagPublish management. By downloading, registering for, or using the application, you declare that you are at least 13 years of age and unconditionally accept these terms.

2. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

Ownership: All copyrights and legal responsibilities of magazines, articles, and images created, uploaded, and published by Users belong entirely to the User. MagPublish is in the position of "Hosting Provider" within the scope of Law No. 5651.

License: By uploading content, the User grants MagPublish the right (license) to display, distribute, and use this content in promotional materials within the application.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS (IMPORTANT)

User Responsibility: The User is obliged to comply not only with the laws of the Republic of Turkey but also with the local laws of the country where they reside or use the application, and international agreements.

Disclaimer: MagPublish is not obliged to know the local laws and prohibitions of all countries. All legal responsibilities arising from the User sharing content contrary to the laws of their own country belong exclusively to the User.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY (APPLE GUIDELINE 1.2)

In accordance with Apple App Store Guidelines, a ZERO TOLERANCE policy is applied against objectionable content on the MagPublish platform. Regardless of local laws, the following content is strictly prohibited platform-wide:

• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, and offensive content targeting a group. • Materials containing sexuality, pornography, or excessive nudity. • Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm. • Behaviors involving bullying, harassment, or threats towards others.

5. AUDIT AND SANCTIONS

The application has the right to audit content to ensure user safety. Users can report inappropriate content using the "Report" feature.

Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. If a violation is detected, the content is immediately removed, and the account of the violating user is suspended or permanently closed.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The User may terminate the agreement at any time by using the "Settings > Delete My Account" option. MagPublish reserves the right to suspend access for users who do not comply with these agreement terms without prior notice.

7. COMPETENT COURT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the resolution of any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively authorized for the settlement of disputes.
