MagPublish processes User data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The purpose of processing data is to provide services, ensure security, and improve user experience. By using the application, you declare that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. PROCESSED DATA

Identity Information: Name, surname, username.

Contact Information: Email address (for login and notifications).

Usage Data: Magazines read, time spent, favorite categories (for personalization).

3. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFER

Third Parties: Data is NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Obligations: Data may be shared with judicial authorities upon request by official authorities (prosecutor's office, courts).

Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) is used to store data securely.

4. USER RIGHTS

Right to Access and Rectification: The User can access and update their data via the profile page.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): The User can permanently delete their account and all data using the "Delete My Account" button.

5. DATA SECURITY

MagPublish uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data. However, the User is responsible for the security of their own device and account password.

Children's Privacy: The application is not intended for children under the age of 13. If data belonging to a child is detected, it will be deleted immediately.
