Publisher & Content Management Agreement
DOCUMENT 3: PUBLISHER AGREEMENT AND CONTENT STANDARDS
1. PUBLISHER DEFINITION AND LEGAL STATUS
Publisher Definition: Any user who opens a magazine profile on the MagPublish platform and uploads content is defined as a "Publisher".
Legal Responsibility: The Publisher is personally and exclusively responsible for the content of the magazines they publish (articles, images, advertisements, etc.). MagPublish has no obligation to check the accuracy or legality of the content.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Originality: The Publisher declares and undertakes that the content they upload belongs to them or that they have obtained the necessary legal permissions.
Copyright Infringement: In case of a copyright infringement complaint, the relevant content will be removed from publication immediately, and the Publisher's account may be suspended.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT (STRICT RULES)
Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to publish content that contains nudity, pornography, hate speech, encourages violence, or sells illegal products (drugs, weapons, etc.).
Sanction: Publishers who violate these rules will be permanently banned from the platform.
4. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP
Advertising Rights: Publishers can include advertisements in their magazines. However, the content of these advertisements must also comply with MagPublish content standards.
Responsibility: All legal responsibility for the advertised products or services belongs to the Publisher.
5. REVENUE AND PAYMENTS
Free Service: MagPublish is currently a free platform. Publishers do not pay any fees to MagPublish.
Future Models: If a revenue model (subscription, ad revenue sharing, etc.) is developed in the future, a separate additional protocol will be signed with Publishers.
6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Termination: MagPublish reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and close the Publisher's account without showing any reason.
